Incline barbell chest press

Flat bench with DB’s

Bar tricep dips

Single arm tricep kickbacks

Diamond pushups

Upright rows

Shoulder press

Russian Twist (R+L=1)

V-ups

 

MY WORKOUT (20 minute running clock):

Even minutes: 10 push press

Odd minutes: 30 double unders
