We had an awesome workout today.  Annnnnnd…….I have decided that I am going to do a Fitness Competition.  Don’t know where, don’t know when, but it is happening.  I will keep you posted.

Workout- 20 min AMRAP of:

2 each side Turkish Get Ups

4 Pullups

6 Clapping pushups or Burpees

10 Toe to bar or V-up situps

20 Double Unders or 60 Single Unders
